Copthorne Solway Park, Wairarapa Hotel Masterton, Masterton

Our stay had its highs and lows. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which really made our experience better. We enjoyed the spacious and well-kept rooms, and the facility offered a decent range of amenities. However, the lack of proper bedding, inconsistent hot water, and a cold room made things a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it’s good value for money, but improvements are needed.
